We process the email address, photos, outfit instructions and settings you submit to create your video and provide support. Photos and generation instructions are sent to our generation provider, Evolink, to process the request. We also use Cloudflare for hosting, human verification and abuse prevention. IP address and email address may be stored to enforce the one-person free-preview limit. These records are separate from optional analytics.
Uploaded photos are used for the generation service. Video download links are temporary; save the result before the link expires. To request deletion or ask about your data, contact hello@tinydeskaivideo.com. Include enough information for us to find your request, but do not send payment card details.
When a paid order is available, PayPal handles payment information on its own site under PayPal's Privacy Statement. We do not receive your card details. A manually reviewed order may require you to email your transaction reference and photos to support. Visiting a payment link does not itself confirm payment or start generation.
If configured and you choose “Allow analytics”, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand visits and plan selections, and Microsoft Clarity for interaction recordings and heatmaps. These services can process device and browser information, page visits, interactions and cookie identifiers; this is not a promise of anonymous data. Advertising storage and personalization are not enabled by our integration.
We do not send your email address, photos, filenames, generation instructions, transaction references or task IDs as custom analytics events. The generator form is explicitly masked for Clarity, and analytics scripts are not loaded on the video result page. Page URLs passed by our Google Analytics integration exclude query strings and fragments.
Analytics scripts load only after you consent. You may reject analytics and still use the generator. Your preference is saved in this browser. We also respect the browser's Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals. Use the button below to change your preference; browser privacy signals take precedence.
